MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to enhance our members’ quality of life by becoming a part of their life. We endeavor to provide quality facilities, programs, and instructions. We further strive to instill in those we serve an understanding of the value of physical fitness and sports in their lives. 
We pledge that: 
We open our membership to persons of all races, creeds and places of national origin.
We shall treat each member as though the success of our club depends on that individual alone.
We shall systematically upgrade our professional knowledge in our field.
We shall continue to increase the value and benefits of regular exercise. 
We shall deliver what we promise.
We shall conduct our business in a manner that commands the respect of the public for our industry and for the goals towards which we strive.
Our club is a member of IHRSA (Association Of Quality Clubs) and we provide reciprocal club passport privileges. 

CODE OF CONDUCT
South Shore Health & Racquet Club is a private health and racquet club and therefore membership to the Club is a privilege. South Shore Health & Racquet Club members as well as their guests must comply with the Code of Conduct at all times while present on the premise or actively associated with the Club. South Shore Health & Racquet Club premise includes without limitation, all Club facilities, exterior facilities and parking areas. South Shore Health & Racquet Club’s Code of Conduct requires all Club members and their guests to:
* Comply with all Club Membership documents including Club Guidelines.
* Act in a friendly and civil manner.
* Treat others (including members, guests and staff) with dignity and respect.
* Resolve personal disputes away from South Shore Health & Racquet Club and not involve the Club, our staff, or other members.
* Act in a manner befitting a member of a first-class, private club.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and violation of any of the below may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent membership revocation:
* Verbal or physical harassment or threats
* Violence of any kind
* Use of Club membership for any political or solicitation purposes without executive management consent
* Inappropriate language to other members, guests and employees
* Inappropriate behavior as deemed by South Shore Health & Racquet Club management to/with any other members, guest or employees
* The presence of firearms or weapons of any kind unless needed for duty of service
* Smoking cigarettes or vaping of any kind
* Reckless damage to facility, interior or exterior
* Initiating any type of petition or soliciting other members or staff regarding facilities, programs, policies, and/or staffing
